Do I need a consultation before booking colour?
For big changes such as going lighter or correcting previous colour, yes. It's short and free, and it lets us plan timing and give an accurate quote.
What does the patch test involve?
A tiny amount of colour is applied behind the ear at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment. It takes a couple of minutes and can be done at a quick drop-in.
What if I'm running late?
Let us know as soon as you can. We'll always try to fit the full service in, but may need to adjust the plan so the next client isn't kept waiting.
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes, for ages five and up. Book a maintenance cut and mention it in your notes so we allow a little extra patience time.
